When a User sends an email through the Feed on a Case, the original email body is displayed in the feed, however the new email contents sent by the User does not display.
In the Screen shot below three emails were sent via SalesForce on the Case Feed but on the feed when you view the emails only the content of the oldest email is displaying; new emails sent through the feed are not populating the body of the email just the header info.
This just started happening recently. Previously the bodies of emails sent through SalesForce were showing correctly (again as seen in the screen shot the content down below was sent through SalesForce earlier). I have never seen this issue pop up before and cannot find anyone else talking about it on this or other forums. Thank you.
